I haven't even made it to 50 yet & I'm finding it difficult to identify more things to write down. Given that you said it usually doesn't become a slog until closer to 120, I suspect that I am missing something. Any suggestions?
Take the full two weeks. Break down each large negative trait into more specific traits. Go through your life chronologically and see what has been persistent.
I take it that I am only looking for things that are still relevant today? For example, if I was arrogant as an 18 year old but have learned humility as a middle-aged father, I wouldn't list arrogance, but might list self-effacing if humility turned pathological?
Yes of course. Only what's relevant today but it's always useful to reinvestigate the degree to which a now gone trait has found other ways to manifest.
What personality traits or complexes could one associate with the aether?
Only those that you can't neatly fit into the four elements.
