"44) Keep sand from the beach:..." That was a very clever way of telling people to go to the beach every two weeks—unless there's some other health benefit I'm missing.
This one made me smile. Instantly and reflexively. I intentionally don't vacuum my car after I've been to the beach. I currently have sand in it from 3 states. 2 from beaches and I near a large river.
I have some kind of a cold that's making my upper chest feel weird and argue about taking a deep breath. So I tried number 27, but without moving my head up and down because I'm sick and don't want to exert myself. I can breathe better now.
I have done most of these for a while and many of them consistently for years or decades. And that is where the real seemingly magical results lie, in long term consistent habits.
I’ve thought about this since and I’m going to be real with you. I think you could’ve hinted towards something like that without falling into a harmful stereotype.
The way I (and I believe subconsciously many others) will interpret this is that you inserted this reference with the added *chinese accent* for comedic/humorous purposes. Often, in mainstream Western media, the very idea of that accent itself is comedic and at its worst, meant to be mocked.
I’m just a stranger on the internet so you don’t have to pay attention to me, but if I were you I would change the description for that bullet point.
For what it’s worth, I appreciate your other bullet points in this post.
There's the crassulacean acid metabolism photosynthesis that's probably not an easy pathway to activate at all times. So certain plants like aloe vera, snake plant, etc might be a better choice since they at least have the ability compared to other plants.
33. Never thought of this…of course it’s almost universally everyone’s favorite place is in front of an open fire/fireplace!
Indeed!
If you’re gonna winter camp, it’s the only way!!!

Yup, it works!
Like it.

What does 15 have to do with a Chinese accent? I’m confused.
It's hinting at the Wuji standing stance.

Plants cant produce oxygen at night as there's no sunlight for photosynthesis... but great suggestions otherwise x

But yeah, not established science.
It’s not always clear what the point is. For example, what’s no. 1 for: stop snoring?
It's not always clear by design. Just try it and figure out what's happening.
No. Good grief. This disturbs me so much. I can’t even explain it. You tell me to do something without giving me a reason? Absolutely not.
Mouth breathing doesn’t just dry your mouth as bad as that is, but it is bad for your health. (That’s why God created a nose to breathe)
I have a 4,000 words essay on the subject as well :)
Nice post!!!

More!
Fun list except for cigarettes… but I’d really like to know the why behind all of these.
